Pastor Bill grew up in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and studied for the ministry at Breckbill Bible College in Max Meadows, Virginia where he earned his Bachelor of Religious Education (2012), Master of Religious Education (2014). He interned at Hope from 2014-2015 serving the youth department, and returned to Breckbill to complete his Doctorate of Pastoral Studies (2021). He was called to the position of Senior Pastor in July 2020. Prior to his ministry at Hope, Pastor Bill served in many youth ministry capacities and pulpit supply positions. He is an ordained elder in the Evangelical Methodist Church of America and an executive committee member of the American Council of Christian Churches. 

He is married to Maggie and they have 3 beautiful daughters who they homeschool: Susanna, Amelia, and Annabelle.
